EUGENIA myrtifolia Newport, also known as the Australia's myrtle or the Antilles' cherry. Evergreen, dense and floriferous, it reaches 4 to 5 meters high and gives, in autumn, really interesting little enjoyable fruits. Its glazed foliage is covered up by tiny white flowers at the end of spring. It fears the frost, nevertheless it doesn't require a specific exposure. Perfect at the seaside.
