Delicate and graceful, this grass originating from the North American steppes is composed of very fine green leaves. From June onwards, it displays fine, wispy blond to pinkish spikes.

Characteristics of SPOROBOLUS Delicatesse.
This beautiful perennial evergreen grass is native to the great North American plains. SPOROBOLUS Delicatesse produces beautiful soft clouds of small flower heads from August to November. They then develop into decorative seed heads. The leaves are bright green in summer, turning yellow and orange in autumn and bronze in winter. It grows to a height of 70 cm with arching flower stems and spreads to 60 cm in a clump.

SPOROBOLUS Delicatesse brings lightness to perennial beds with its airy inflorescences. It combines wonderfully with Gauras, Agapanthus Salvias and other summer perennials. Its evergreen foliage will be an asset in winter when it will continue to dress up the beds.

Tolerant of all types of soil as well as drought, plant it in full sun from March to September in a place where the soil is moist and well-drained.
