Perennial with very beautiful dark green to purple leaves, serrated forming a pretty dense clump above which bloom numerous small golden yellow flowers. The flowers, aster-shaped, are carried by strong purple stems and illuminate the whole.

Little Golden Ray is a remarkable compact ligularia with dark green to purple leaves and wonderfully fragrant flowers. The decorative leaves are heart-shaped and serrated. This new selection blooms with dark yellow - orange flowers on long, dark, straight, candle-shaped flowering branches.
