EUCALYPTUS cinerea is a beautiful variety of Eucalyptus, with young, round, silvery-blue leaves. The leaves are larger than the gunni and quite round in the juvenile stage, they become longer later on. The foliage has a beautiful silvery-grey colour and is very fragrant, with a very pleasant scent of camphorated mint. Eucalyptus are not demanding in terms of soil and cultivation, they are drought resistant. This variety will grow to over 10m high and 3m wide, but can be maintained at 4m by regular pruning.
