Pennisetum with beautiful purple ears, Pennisetum alopecuroïdes Moudry is a very graphic grass. Silky ears coloured of purple overcome the tufts of thin linear leaves during all the summer. This lovely variety settles in a fresh ground in the sun, in mild climate areas. Areas with very cold winters and long-lasting frosts are not suitable.
